Mr. Gidion Magaramombe

Gidion is a holder of M.Sc. Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, B.Sc. Economics-Upper Class Honours (Majoring in Industrial   Relations)  and  Certificate  for  Distance  Education Practitioners). He is a Senior Lecturer at Zimbabwe Open University (ZOU)  Faculty of Commerce & Law and  has over 35 years’ experience in area of people management in private, parastatal and educational sectors as practitioner, trainer and  lecturer. Once worked as an Assistant Personnel Officer, Principal IR Officer, Chief IR Officer, Chief Recruitment Officer, Manager IR & Employee Welfare and was the Dean of Faculty (Commerce & Law at ZOU) 2003-2008. Gidion has lectured at ZOU, Bindura University of Science Education and University of Zimbabwe. In addition, he has supervised over 100 MBA dissertations and extensive experience in module writing for both under-graduate and post-graduate students at ZOU, did research works and published articles in Zimbabwean professional journals-(Human  Resources Management, Labour Relations  Information  Service,  Management News) and in the Business Herald.
